Meet Bonnie Fraser

 

Bonnie Fraser Bonnie R. Fraser was born to do Ohio workers’ compensation.

As a business owner, she knows that her clients want a trusted advisor who helps them strategically manage their Ohio workers’ compensation to handle their claims and minimize their premiums. She guides them when it’s time to make a decision like whether to accept or fight a claim. She reminds them when their premium installments are due and when it’s time to report their payroll during true up. If they are buying all or part of a company, she investigates to make sure they aren’t acquiring a workers’ comp nightmare, because the Ohio BWC does NOT recognize asset purchases.

As a Third Party Administrator (TPA), she is the watchdog over all the players in the workers’ comp arena. She makes sure the Managed Care Organization (MCO) doesn’t keep authorizing excessive treatments that increase claim costs. She works with her client’s attorney when hearings are scheduled, which minimizes the attorney fees.

She is a past president of the Cleveland chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and continues to be active in chapter leadership.

She is an engaging speaker and makes Ohio workers’ compensation sound interesting and even fun.
