Create a Written Marketing Plan & Grow Your Business By Danny Decker Imagine if you got on a plane at the airport and the pilot greets you with: “Welcome on board! I’m not sure where we’re going, and I haven’t actually created a flight plan. But make yourself comfortable and enjoy the flight!” I don’t knowabout you - but I’d get off that plane as quickly as I possibly could. We know, intuitively, that it’s a mistake to start off a journey without a definite destination in mind - and without a plan to ensure that you reach that destination on time and in one piece. And yet - most entrepreneurs are operating their business without a plan. They don’t have a business plan and they definitely don’t have a marketing plan.
